This page is used to modify the schedule of a permit.
Go to Front Desk.
In the side-bar, click Reserve and select Permits.
Search for and select the permit that you want to modify.
Click Change Place / Date / Time.
On the Modify Schedule page, choose one of the following:
To add a new event to the permit schedule, click Add a New Event Reservation and proceed with creating the new reservation as usual.
To remove a booking from the permit:
Click the Modify link for the reservation that you want to modify.
In the Delete column, select the checkbox for the booking that you want to remove.
Click Delete.
Click Done.
To change the event name, event type, or schedule type of a reservation, click the Event Name of the reservation that you want to modify.
To change the facility, attendance, date, time, or duration of a reservation, click the Modify link for the reservation that you want to modify.
To modify multiple bookings at the same time, click Batch Modify Bookings.
If your permit includes bookings in more than one facility and if you want to add a booking to each of the facilities on the same date and time, click Add a Global Event booking.
To add equipment to an existing facility reservation, click Add Attached Equipment for the reservation that you want to add equipment to.
To review and modify the equipment that is linked to a facility reservation (if applicable), or to link a new equipment package or equipment to a facility reservation, click Manage Attached Equipment.
Click Done.
Notes:
If you do not have permission to make transactions on multiple sites and this permit was not reserved at your site, only the Done function is available.
