You can use the Change Package Fees page to change some or all membership package fees by a specific percentage. You can also enter new amounts for individual fees at the same time.
Choose one of the following:
Go to Administration > Financial Settings > Change Fees - Package.
Go to Administration > Membership Settings > Packages - Change Fees.
Select search criteria that correspond to the membership fees that you want to modify.
Note: The more search criteria you specify, the shorter the list of membership fees to modify will be. To view all membership fees, leave all search criteria boxes blank.
Click Search.
In the Fee Change section, enter the Percentage Increase that you want to apply to the fees listed.
To round the fee amounts after changing them, enter a Round to Nearest $ amount.
Note: To update fees without rounding them, enter 0.01 in Round to Nearest $.
Click Preview.
Note: The new fee amounts appear in the Proposed column. To go back to the original amounts after previewing, click Revert.
To modify an amount for an individual fee, modify the amount in the Proposed column for that fee.
Once you have verified that all new proposed fee amounts are correct, click Apply.
To batch add scheduled fee changes by membership valid from date for multiple membership charges:
Choose one of the following:
Go to Administration > Financial Settings > Change Fees - Package.
Go to Administration > Membership Settings > Packages - Change Fees.
In the Search Criteria section, select the Batch update scheduled fee changes by membership valid from date checkbox and then enter necessary search criteria to search for multiple package fees.
Note: The more search criteria you specify, the shorter the list of membership fees to modify will be. To view all membership fees, leave all search criteria boxes blank.
In the Fees section, multi-select desired fees..
In the Fee Changes section, to batch apply scheduled fee changes by membership valid from date:
To schedule changes by fixed amount, select the Changes by Fixed Amount radio button and enter the Effective Date and the fixed Charge Amount. Repeat this step to add another schedule fee change.
To schedule changes by percentage, select the Changes by Percentage radio button and enter the Effective Date, and in the Charge Amount field, set the change type to Increase by or Decease by and enter a number in the Percentage field.
(Optional) To delete a single scheduled fee change, click the corresponding Delete button.
To preview the changes for the selected products, click the Preview button. The Fees section > Proposed column displays the next prices on the effective date.
The Fees section displays one or more tabs for the selected Effective Date(s).
(Optional) To adjust the proposed price for an individual product, edit the price in the Proposed field for the product.
Optionally select the Delete all existing scheduled fee changes and replace with the updates checkbox, and click Save to submit the changes.
If it is selected, after the batch update, then the system will remove all previously added scheduled fee changes and retain only the changes included in this batch.
If it is unselected, after the batch update, if the number of scheduled fee changes for a charge matrix exceeds 12, a popup window is displayed to users, prompting them to either abandon the changes or only save the current changes.
