Charge matrix report

The Charge Matrix report shows a list of instructor, facility, and equipment reservation charges that are applicable depending on transaction factors such as customer type, event type, or site. For example, different rates may be charged to commercial or non-profit customers for renting the same facility, and different rates may be charged for banquet events or meetings.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Reservation Reports > Charge Matrix.

    2. In the Filters section, select the Customer Types, Event Types, Reservation Sites, and/or any other information to filter the report.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. Select the method that you want to use to group items in the report from the Group by list.

      2. Select the Output Type for the report.

      3. Select any other necessary information that you want to include in the report.

    4. Click Run Report.
