Need to figure out which or your standard charges will apply under certain conditions? Use the facility, equipment, or instructor charge matrix to search for standard charges based on what they are linked to. You can also use the charge matrix to view all standard charges that apply when a specific customer type books a specific facility.

Choose one of the following:
For the facility charge matrix, go to Administration > Facility Settings > Facility Charge Matrix.
For the equipment charge matrix, go to Administration > Equipment Settings > Equipment Charge Matrix.
For the instructor charge matrix, go to Administration > Instructor Settings > Instructor Charge Matrix.
Choose one of the following:
To search for all standard charges linked to a specific customer type, center, facility/equipment/instructor, facility/equipment type, site, and/or event type:
Use the General Search section.
Select one or more of the criteria above to filter the list of standard charges.
Click Search.
Choose one of the following:
To view one of the listed charges, click the charge Name.
To create a new standard charge in one of the categories listed, click Add New in the section for the type of charge.
To try another search, click Done.
To search for all standard charges that will be available when a specific customer type books a specific facility/equipment/instructor:
Use the Facility/Equipment/Instructor Charge Search section.
Select a Customer Type and Facility/Equipment/Instructor.
Click Search.
Choose one of the following:
To view one of the listed charges, click the charge Name.
To create a new standard charge in one of the categories listed, click Add New in the section for the type of charge.
To try another search, click Done.
Note: To illustrate the difference between the two types of searches, consider the following example.
Let's say you have a facility type called Basketball Court, and a facility called North Basketball Court. You have one standard charge for all of your courts and you link it to the Basketball Court facility type rather than to a specific facility within that type.
If you then do a search from the General Search section for standard charges linked to the North Basketball Court facility, no charges will appear (because the charge is linked to the facility type, not the facility). But if you do a search from the Facility Charge Search section for the North Basketball Court facility, the charge will appear because it is the standard charge that actually applies to customers who select this facility at the time of reservation.
