Custom question answers report

This report lists and totals up all the answers given for each custom question asked during registration for specified activities, daycare programs, memberships, facility reservations, quick reserve transactions and created accounts.

 

    1. Go to Reports > General Reports > Custom Question Answers.

    2. In the Registration section, specify filters that you want to use for custom questions that are linked to activities, if applicable.

    3. In the Facility section, specify filters that you want to use for custom questions that are linked to reservations, if applicable.

    4. In the Membership section, specify filters that you want to use for custom questions that are linked to membership packages, if applicable.

    5. In the Daycare section, specify filters that you want to use for custom questions that are linked to daycare programs, if applicable.

    6. In the Population section, specify filters that you want to use for the customers in the report, if applicable.

    7. In the Filters section, specify the Custom Questions, Revenue Sites, Transaction Sites, and/or any other details to filter the report, if necessary.

    8. In the Options section:

      1. Select the transaction types that you want to Report Custom Questions For.

      2. To group data in the report by Age, Gender, and/or Home Zip code, select one or more of the Include checkboxes.

      3. To group all questions and answers for each team (if teams are used), select Break by Teams.

      4. Select the Output Type for the report.

      5. Select any other necessary information that you want to include in the report.

    9. Click Run Report.
