You can check customers into activities, daycare programs, and leagues while saving information about each check-in within ACTIVE Net. You can also view a history of each customer's attendance in these events as well as view a list of their upcoming enrollments.
Go to one of the following locations:
Front Desk > Population > Customer Check-In/Out.
Administration > Population Settings > Customer Check-In/Out.
On the Customer check-in/out page, specify the activities, leagues, and/or programs that you want to check customers in to.
Specify the number of days you want to view potential check-ins for in the Number of Days from Now to Display box.
Note: To only view check-in options for today, enter 1.
To automatically select Attend if there is only one activity or league that you will be entering attendance for, select Auto Check-in if Only One Activity or League?
Select the Default Attendance Code that you want to use for checking customers in or out of the activities, leagues, or programs you are searching for, if applicable.
Click Continue.
Search for and select the pass or customer that you want to check in.
On the Scheduled Attendances page, choose one of the following:
To enter this customer's attendance for an activity, select an attendance code from the Code list.
Note: To apply the default attendance code (selected in step 5 above) to all activity dates in the list, click Apply Default Code.
To check this customer in to a daycare program, click Check-in and enter any necessary information.
To check this customer out of a daycare program, click Check-out and enter any necessary information.
To add a note to an item in the list, click Add Note.
Click Finish.
