Customer check-in/out

Use this page to filter specific activities, leagues or programs that you would like to track attendance for.

 

The following options are included on the Customer check-in/out page:

Listbox

Go to the Activity Search page, where you can select activities for which you would like to track attendance.

League

Listbox

Go to the League List page, where you can select activity leagues for which you would like to track attendance.

Program

Listbox

Go to the Flexreg Search page, where you can select programs for which you would like to track attendance.

Number of days from now to display

Numeric

Specify the length of the list.

 

For example: If you set this number to '1', then only today's game shows up on the list on the Scheduled Attendances page.

Auto check-in if only one Activity or League?

Checkbox

If you select this checkbox, the Attend checkbox for the first event is selected on the Scheduled Attendances page.

Default Attendance Code

Dropdown list

Set the default attendance code for when customers or instructors check in or check out of activities, leagues, or programs that you have selected above.
