Use the Customer Coupons page to view coupons that are linked to a customer record. These coupons are initially attached to activities, activity categories, seasons, or POS products which are then purchased or enrolled in by the customer.
Choose one of the following:
Go to Front Desk > Population > Customers.
Go to Administration > Population Settings > Customers.
Search for and select the customer that you want to view.
Click List Customer Coupons.
Choose one or more of the following:
To view or modify coupon details, click the Coupon Name of the coupon.
To modify the number of usages remaining for a coupon, click the corresponding link in the Customer Specific Usage Remaining column.
To view or modify the activities, activity categories, POS products and/or season details that are linked to this coupon, click the corresponding link in the Items Good For column.
