Customer listing report

Use the Customer Listing report to show a list of customers and their details such as name, address, age, gender, phone numbers, and geographic area.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Population Reports > Customer Listing.

    2. In the Custom Lists section, select an existing Custom List of customers that you want to print in the report.

    3. Notes:

    4. In the Options section:

      1. To include information about customer alternate keys in the report, select Show Customer Alternate Keys?

      2. To include information about customer membership pass numbers in the report, select Show Customer Pass Numbers?

      3. Select the type of customer address to display from the Show Customer Address list.

      4. Select the Output Type for the report.

    5. In the Sort Options section, select the required method to sort the information in the report.

    6. Click Run Report.
