Deferred revenue report

The Deferred Revenue report shows deferred revenue transactions along with the deferred amounts and the date each amount has been deferred to.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Financial Reports > Deferred Revenue.

    2. In the Filters section, specify the GL Accounts, Revenue Recognized dates, Transaction Dates/Times, and/or any other details to filter the report, if necessary.

    3. To view deferred revenue as of a specific date, enter the date in the As of Date box.

    4. In the Options section:

      1. To display only the revenue account and total deferred revenue amount for each account instead of listing individual transactions, select Summary Report.

      2. Select the Report Modules to include in the report.

      3. Select the method that you want to use to group the report from the Group by list.

      4. Select the Output Type for the report.

    5. Click Run Report.
