Use this page to search for and display mass email and text message batch definitions.
Choose one of the following:
Go to Reports > Population Reports > View Email Batches.
Go to Communication > Email > View Email Batches.
In the Email/Text Message Batch Search Criteria section, enter the criteria you want to use to narrow down the email or text message batches.
Click Search.
Choose one of the following, if applicable:
To display the email recipient list of a batch and edit the email batch's definition on the Change Bulk Email Tasks paqe, click the link in the From column for one of the listed batches.
To cancel an email batch whose status is either "Ready" or "In Progress":
Click the Cancel checkbox for the batch.
Click Submit.
Note: If you cancel an email batch that is "In Progress" it will be terminated immediately (all remaining unsent email will not be sent).
