You can post Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and answers on the customer (public access) site in order to assist your customers with using your site.
On the customer site, the FAQ page looks something like this:

Go to Administration > Web Admin > FAQ.
Choose one of the following:
To add a question to the online FAQ page, click Add New.
To modify an existing question or answer on the online FAQ page, click Question.
Enter the Question to appear after a Q: on the customer site.
Tip: Make sure your question ends in a question mark (?) for clarity.
Enter the Answer to appear after the A: on the customer site.
Click Save.
