Specifying a final approver for a facility reservation

You can assign one or more specific system users to be the final approver for reservations in a facility. Only the final approver has the authority to grant final approval for a permit in a given facility. Final approvers will receive a notification email once each permit is ready for final approval. If you do not specify a final approver, the notification email will be sent to the facility users (if applicable).

 

    1. Go to Administration > Facility Settings > Facilities.

    2. Search for and select the facility that you want to modify.

    3. Click Change Final Approver for Permit.

    4. Choose one of the following:

    5. Select the System User.

    6. Click Save.

Note: To remove a user's ability to grant final approval for this facility, click Delete.
