You can assign one or more specific system users to be the final approver for reservations in a facility. Only the final approver has the authority to grant final approval for a permit in a given facility. Final approvers will receive a notification email once each permit is ready for final approval. If you do not specify a final approver, the notification email will be sent to the facility users (if applicable).
Go to Administration > Facility Settings > Facilities.
Search for and select the facility that you want to modify.
Click Change Final Approver for Permit.
Choose one of the following:
To add a system user who can grant final approval for this facility, click Add New.
To modify an existing final approver, click the System User name of the final approver.
Select the System User.
Click Save.
Note: To remove a user's ability to grant final approval for this facility, click Delete.
