To generate a list of customers who currently have places on facility waitlists, run the Facility Waitlist report. The Facility Waitlist report shows a summary of facility waitlist requests, including customer details, information about the timeslots that customers have requested, and event details.
Go to Reports > Reservation Reports > Facility Waitlist Report.
In the Filters section, specify the Request Dates, Waitlist Sites, Centers, and/or any other details to filter the report, if necessary.
Notes:
The Request Date refers to the date of the timeslot that the customer is requesting, not the date that the customer was placed on the waitlist.
The Waitlist Site refers to the site where the customer is requesting to reserve a facility, not necessarily the site that the customer originally contacted.
In the Options section, select the Output Type for the report.
Click Run Report.
