If a customer wants to reserve a facility that is already booked, you can choose to put the customer on a waitlist so that you can contact them again if the facility becomes available in the future.
Go to Front Desk > Reserve Facility.
Enter information about the potential reservation that you want to waitlist in the Find Reservation Candidates page.
Click Continue.
Enter information about the potential reservation dates and times in the Reservation Dates page.
Click Continue Reservation.
Look for the facility that the customer wants to reserve on the Confirm Candidate Resources page.
Note: A red X indicates facility timeslots that are currently unavailable.
Click Waitlist Facilities.
To select a customer to add to the facility waitlist, click the binoculars icon in the Waitlist Customer section.
To update the customer's contact information, click Change Customer Details, if necessary.
Use the information in the Reservation Criteria section to confirm the criteria for a potential timeslot that would meet the customer's needs.
(Optional) Choose one of the following:
To cancel the current waitlist request and go back to modify the request information, click Cancel.
To check for current timeslot availability using the information in the Reservation Criteria section, click Check Availability.
To put the customer on a waitlist for a timeslot that matches the information in the Reservation Criteria section, click Waitlist.
Note: If ACTIVE Net finds any available timeslots that currently match the information in the Reservation Criteria section, it will display them on the Facility Waitlist Request page. If the customer wants to reserve a timeslot on this page:
Select the timeslot to reserve.
Click Reserve Selected.
