Suspending memberships in a batch

Use the Batch Suspend Memberships page to suspend membership privileges of all customers with effective memberships in a specific membership package for a period of time.

 

    1. Go to Front Desk.

    2. In the side-bar, click Membership and select Batch Suspend.

    3. Note: The Batch Suspend Memberships page displays a list of the last 20 batch membership suspensions that have been entered into ACTIVE Net. To see more information about a specific suspension on the list, click Details.

    4. Click Add New.

    5. Search for the membership package that you want to suspend.

    6. On the Package to Suspend List page, select the membership package that you want to suspend.

    7. In the Suspend Details section, enter the dates that you want the suspension to begin and end.

    8. To extend the expiry date of the membership package for suspension, select Extend for Suspended Time (the extension period may be less than the suspension period as some memberships may start or end part way during the suspension period).

    9. Enter a Reason for the suspension.

    10. Click Submit.

    11. On the next page, review the membership packages that you want to suspend.

    12. Click OK.
