Entering donation details

Use the New Donation page to select a donation campaign and enter a donation amount during the process of making a donation.

 

    1. In the Donation Details section, select the Donation Campaign that you want to donate to.

    2. Enter the Donation Amount that you want to donate.

    3. If you want to make a recurring donation:

      1. In the Recurring Donation Options section, select Recurring donation?

      2. Enter the Frequency of the donations.

      3. Enter the Duration of the donations. Choose one of the following:

        • To donate a specific number of times, select Stop after _____ donation(s) and enter a number of donations.

        • To stop on a particular date, select Stop on ________ and click the Calendar button to select the end date.

      4. Enter the Recurring Donation Payment. Choose one of the following:

        • Select Credit Card and enter your Card Number and Card Expiration.

        • Select Electronic Check, select your Account Type, and enter your Account Number and Routing Number.

        • For staff members, select Manual Deduction and enter your Employee Number. The amount is deducted from your paycheque.

    4. Enter any Staff or Customer Notes for this donation.

    5. Click Submit.
