Adding or modifying a customer occupation

You can track customer occupations by first creating occupations in ACTIVE Net and then assigning them to customers.

 

    1. Go to Administration > Population Settings > Occupations.

    2. Choose one of the following:

    3. Enter the Description of the occupation.

    4. To track occupations using an occupation code (from an external application), enter the Code that you want to use for this occupation.

    5. Click Save.
