You can configure leagues to have either individuals or teams officiating. If individuals are officiating, then you must identify the individual officials and attach them to the league/tournament. You can link skills to the record for the official. Officials can log in to the customer (public access) site to manage game results.

Go to Administration > League Settings > Officials.
Choose one of the following:
To create a new official:
Click Add New.
Choose one of the following:
To add an official who already exists in the system as a customer, search for and select the customer that you want to add.
To add an official who does not yet exist in the system, click Add New.
To modify an existing official, click the Name of the official that you want to modify.
In the Customer Information section, enter the Name, Gender, Date of Birth, and/or any other necessary information.
In the Security Information section, enter the official's login information for the customer (public access) site, if applicable.
In the Official Information section, select the official's information to display on the customer (public access) site, if applicable.
In the Official Skills section, select any skills that are linked to this official.
Click Save.
