Paying off a team balance

Use the Pay on Team Balance page to make payments towards teams that have outstanding balances.

 

    1. Go to Front Desk > Registrations > Pay off Team Balance.

    2. Search for and select a team. Search using one of the following:

    3. Click Get Balance for the team you want to pay the balance for.

    4. Click Pay Outstanding Team Balance.

    5. Enter the amount you wish to pay in the Amount to Auto Apply field.

    6. Click Auto Apply.

Note: The amount is automatically distributed among all of the receipts in the table below.

    1. To complete the payment, click Submit.

    2. Click Pay/Credit Account.
