    1. Go to Front Desk.

    2. In the side-bar, click Receipts and select New Receipt.

    3. In the Receipt Actions section, click the type of transaction that you want to add to this receipt (see table above).

Resume a receipt already in progress

If there is more than one receipt in progress, click the Pending Front Desk Receipts link to see a list of pending receipts that you can resume, or to start a new receipt. Any receipt left in the pending state when you log off or close your browser is automatically canceled. To resume a pending receipt:

    1. Go to Front Desk.

    2. In the side-bar, click Receipts and select Pending Front Desk Receipts.

    3. In the Pending Receipts section, click the receipt that you want to resume.

Pay for a receipt

To pay for a pending receipt:

    1. In the Receipt Actions section, click Pay.

    2. Select a payer.

    3. Complete the payment on the Receipt Payment page.

Finish a Receipt

Finishing a receipt is the last step in receipt generation; finishing a receipt will complete the transaction and generate a receipt that you can print or email to the customer. To finish a receipt, click the Finish button.

Canceling a Receipt

Canceling a receipt will void any payments, reservations, or registrations made on the receipt. To cancel a receipt, click the Cancel button.

Resuming a Pending Receipt

Pending receipts may have transactions that are already started. These transactions are listed below the standard receipt options and are marked as either complete or incomplete. Incomplete transactions are marked with a flashing red arrow and complete transactions are marked with a checkmark.

You can modify (click the highlighted option link) or remove (click the Remove button) either type of transaction.

If the transaction was originally created using the Resource Scheduler, you can also edit the transaction by clicking the Resource Scheduler button.
