Permit master report

To display a master list of reservation permits, run the Permit Master report.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Reservation Reports > Permit Master.

    2. In the Filters section, select the Permit Creation Dates, Reservation Dates, Permit #s, and/or any other information that you want to use to filter the report.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. Select the Output Type for the report.

      2. Select whether you want to Include Charge and Payment Details such as charge/payment names, GL accounts, and amounts.

      3. Select any other necessary information that you want to include in the report.

    4. In the Sort Options section, select the method that you want to use to sort the information in the report.

    5. Click Run Report.
