Loading a report or export definition

You can recall and run a report or export definition that you have previously saved.

 

    1. Open the Reports menu.

    2. Click the report that you want to run.

    3. Note: You can also load an export definition from Administration > Web Admin > File Export.

    4. At the top of the page, click Recall / Schedule a saved report definition.

    5. Click the Title of the saved report/export definition that you want to load.

    6. Note: You are returned to the main report page, where all of the previously saved options and filters should now be automatically filled in.

    7. Make any further modifications to the existing options and filters, if necessary.

    8. To run the report or export, click Submit.
