Saving a report or export definition

You can tell ACTIVE Net to remember the settings you pick when you run a specific report or export so that you can run the report or export with the same settings next time. Saving a report/export definition is also the first step in scheduling a report or export to run automatically on a regular basis.

 

    1. Open the Reports menu.

    2. Click the report that you want to run.

    3. Note: You can also save an export definition from Administration > Web Admin > File Export.

    4. Select the filters and options to use each time you run this report or export.

    5. In the Save Report Definition section (at the bottom of the page), enter a Report Title for the set of options you have selected.

    6. To specify that the options you have selected are the default report/export options for one or more users whenever they run this report, choose one or more of the following:

    7. Click Save As.
