Roster (expanded)

To display an expanded version of the activity roster, with more enrollee information including payment details, run the Roster - Expanded.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Registration Reports > Roster - Expanded.

    2. In the Filters section, select the Activities, Seasons, Activity Sites, and/or any other information that you want to use to filter the report.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. Select one of the following from the Type of transactions list:

        1. To display all transactions for the selected activities (including all customers who have withdrawn or transferred), select All.

        2. To display the enrollee roster for the selected activities (this does not include participants who have withdrawn, transferred or are scheduled to be enrolled), select Roster.

        3. To display only the customers who are waitlisted for the selected activities, select Waiting List.

      2. Select any optional customer information that you want to display on the report from the Optional Field lists.

      3. To only include on the roster those customers who have incomplete waivers in the activity (these are waivers that still require the customer's signature in order to be considered complete), select Show Incomplete Waivers Only?

      4. To display the number of instructional hours a particular course/activity contributes towards a student's credits, select Show Customer Earned Education Unit.

      5. To display a list of all enrollees in selected activities without grouping them together by activity, select Output as an Enrollee List?

      6. Select the Output Type for the report.

      7. Select any other necessary information that you want to include in the report.

    4. Click Run Report.
