Suspending a customer

If you choose to suspend a customer, you can specify a date range and reason for the suspension. You can also specify whether the suspension includes the customer's family and which modules and sites are included in the suspension.

 

    1. Choose one of the following:

    2. Search for and select the customer that you want to suspend.

    3. Click Suspend Transactions.

    4. Select Enable Suspension.

    5. Enter the Suspended From and Suspended Until dates.

    6. Select a Reason for the suspension.

    7. To suspend all family members of this customer, select All Family Members?

    8. Select the modules on the staff (Staff Side Transactions) and/or customer (Online Transactions) sites that you want to suspend for this customer.

    9. Click Save.
