Use the Take Photo page to either upload a customer image or capture a photo using an attached camera.
Choose one of the following:
To capture a photo using a camera attached to the machine:
To specify which camera to use, click Select Camera.
Click Take Picture.
To upload an image of the customer that you have saved as a file on the machine:
Click Upload Picture.
Find and select the image file that you want to use.
Click Done.
Note: You must be using Edge or Chrome as your browser in order to take photos within ACTIVE Net.
The first time you take a photo using a web camera in ACTIVE Net, you may see an Adobe message asking whether you will allow access to your camera.
Click Allow to proceed with the photo.
If you do not want to see this message every time you take a photo, right-click the message and click Settings. A Privacy message appears.
Click Allow and Remember before closing the message.
