Supervisors are responsible for a specific center or group of activities.
Go to Administration > Registration Settings > Supervisors.
Choose one of the following:
To create a new supervisor, click Add New.
To modify an existing supervisor, click the Name of the supervisor that you want to modify.
Enter the First and Last Names and Official Title of the supervisor, if applicable.
Enter the supervisor's Phone numbers and Email address.
To have an email notification sent to the supervisor when there is a new registration in one of the supervisor's activities (if this is an activity supervisor), select Email Registration Notification?
To have an email notification sent to the supervisor when there is a new reservation in one of the supervisor's centers (if this is a center supervisor), select Email Reservation Notification?
To add a photo to the supervisor's record, choose one of the following:
For a new supervisor, click Save and Take Photo.
For an existing supervisor, click Add / change image.
Click Save.
