Use the Lookup Transaction page to search for a customer's or company's transactions in order to view or modify them.
Go to Front Desk. In the side-bar, click Receipts and select Lookup Transaction.
Choose one of the following search methods:
Enter the receipt number of the transaction that you want to look up in the Direct Access by Receipt section.
Enter a Customer ID in the Direct Access by Customer section to display a list of that customer's transactions.
Enter details in the Search by Customer or Search by Company sections to display a list of customers or companies who match your criteria.
Click Search or Submit.
Select the customer or company that you want to view transactions for, if applicable.
On the History for Customer page, click the link in the Type column for the transaction that you want to view.
Choose one or more of the following:
To view the audit trail for the transaction, click Show transaction chain.
To modify customer information using the Customer Account Functions page, click Modify customer information.
To modify the status of a permit, click Change Status / Checklist / Stages. Note: This link is only displayed for permits.
To display checklist items using the Transaction Checklist page, click Show checklist items.
To modify commission allocations using the Commission Allocation page, click Modify the Commission Allocation.
To view details about the amounts that have been posted to specific GL accounts for this transaction, click View Accounting GL postings.
To view the receipt for the transaction, click the receipt number.
To view the transaction customer's account page (if applicable), click the customer's name.
To view facility details for the facility involved in the transaction (if applicable), click the facility name.
To view activity details for the activity involved in the transaction (if applicable), click the activity name.
To view permit details for the permit involved in the transaction (if applicable), click the permit number.
To view membership transaction details (if applicable), click the membership package name.
To view daycare program details (if applicable), click the daycare program name.
To manually assign or change a bib number (if applicable), click Manually Assign Bib Number.
To return to the previous page, click the Back button on your browser.
