Looking up a transaction

Use the Lookup Transaction page to search for a customer's or company's transactions in order to view or modify them.

 

    1. Go to Front Desk. In the side-bar, click Receipts and select Lookup Transaction.

    2. Choose one of the following search methods:

    3. Click Search or Submit.

    4. Select the customer or company that you want to view transactions for, if applicable.

    5. On the History for Customer page, click the link in the Type column for the transaction that you want to view.

    6. Choose one or more of the following:
