Cash out report

Use this report to see information about the cash out process. This is the ability to close out workstations and workstation groups for all activities completed since the last close out without regards to date and time. The cash out process creates a batch entry for the records included in the cash out process and then stamps all processed receipt detail records with the batch identifier. This allows close out periods to be any time frame including within the same day.

 

Note: Transactions that have been run through the cash out process can no longer be voided. They must be voided prior to the cash out or they will have to be refunded.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Financial Reports > Cash out.

    2. In the Filters section, specify the Transaction Sites, Date Range, Workstations, and/or any other details that you want to use to filter the report, if necessary.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. Choose one of the following from the Report Format list:

        • To print the same report that gets printed during the cash out process, but with the word 'Reprint' in the title, select Reprint Cash-Out Report.

        • To print a report that shows past cash out numbers in same format as the regular cash out report, but spanning multiple cash out runs, select Sales History Report.

      2. Select the Output Type for the report.

    4. Click Run Report.
