Use this page to batch update existing customer and company records with their appropriate counties, based on their zip codes and cities.
Use the zip code to find the appropriate county. If the zip code is associated with more than one county (some zip codes span over more than 1 county), then ACTIVE Net uses the city to select the correct county. If an appropriate county is not found for a customer or company record, the county field is set to "Unknown".
Note: This feature is for US addresses only, and a valid US zip code is required to find the correct counties. You must have selected the Enable county lookup and validation option on the System Settings - General page to perform the batch county update. You can use the batch county update to update existing records, since all new US customer and company records are automatically assigned a county during record creation (as long as the option is enabled).

Click View a list of records with unknown counties to go to the Unknown County List page with the list of customers or companies that could not be assigned a county, with the option to Print at the top of the page.
