Use the Custom Questions page to see the list of custom questions answered by a customer, along with the customer's most recent answer for each question.
Choose one of the following:
Go to Front Desk > Population > Customers.
Go to Administration > Population Settings > Customers.
Search for and select the customer that you want to view.
Click List Custom Questions.
To modify an answer to a custom question, or to answer a parent or child question that was previously left unanswered, click on the Question link of the question that you want to modify.
Tip: If a custom question answer has sub-questions (child questions), you can also change the answers to the parent-level and answer a new set of sub-questions.
