Viewing scheduled refunds

Use the Scheduled Refund Transaction page to show a list of scheduled refund transactions.

1. Choose one of the following:

• View scheduled refunds for one customer using the Administration tab.

  1. Go to Administration > Population Settings > Customers.

  2. Search for and select the customer.

  3. Click List Scheduled Refunds.

• View scheduled refunds for one customer using the Front Desk tab.

  1. Go to Front Desk > Population > Customers.

  2. Search for and select the customer.

  3. Click List Scheduled Refunds.

• View scheduled refunds for more than one customer.

  1. Go to Front Desk > Refund > List Scheduled Refunds.

  2. Enter criteria for the scheduled refunds that you want to display.

  3. Click Submit.

2. Choose one of the following:

• To view details of a scheduled refund transaction, click the link in the Transaction column.

• To change the scheduled refund date of a transaction, click the link in the Scheduled Transaction Date column.

• To cancel a scheduled refund transaction, click its checkbox in the Cancel column.

3. Click Submit.
