Use the Verify a Customer page to verify a customer's identity by asking the customer's security question.
Choose one of the following:
Go to Front Desk > Population > Customers.
Go to Administration > Population Settings > Customers.
Search for and select the customer that you want to verify.
Click Verify Customer Identity.
Enter the customer's answer to the security question.
Click Submit.
Notes:
If the answer is correct, a message appears (in red) saying that the customer supplied the correct answer and the customer's identity is verified. If the answer is incorrect, a message appears saying that the customer supplied an incorrect answer.
If the customer has forgotten the answer to the security question but can provide their address and phone number, you also have the option to use the details in the Other Information section to verify the customer's identity.
