Gift card list

This page is used to view details for gift cards returned in the gift card search list.

Clicking the number link opens the Gift Card # page where you can view details and perform various functions related to the selected gift card.

The following fields are available on the Gift Card List page:

Name of Field	Type	Description
Number	Hyperlink	Number assigned to the gift card. Click this link to open the Gift Card # page where you can view details and perform various functions related to the selected gift card. Note that this link will only appear if the gift card is active. The gift card numbering settings are configured on the Financial Configuration page.
Status	Text	Status of the gift card. The options are: Active - The gift card is available for use. Expired - The gift card is not available for use and will no longer show up in the gift card lists. Refunded - The gift card has been used and is no longer valid. Voided - The gift card has been voiced and is no longer valid.
Type	Text	Gift card type name. Gift card types can be configured on the Gift Card Type List page.
Purchase Amount	Numeric	Cost of the gift card.
Current Balance	Numeric	Current balance remaining on the gift card.
Expiry Date	Text	Date that the gift card expires.
Date Sold	Text	Date that the gift card was sold.
