This page is used to modify the scheduled dates of a particular event included in a permit.
Select the Front Desk tab.
Select the following menu links: Facility reserve > Permits.
Search for and select the desired permit.
Select the Change the Place / Date / Time link.
Select the Modify link of a particular event.
The following fields are available in the Modify Scheduled Dates page:

Date | Hyperlink | Scheduled date of the reservation.
Click the link to modify the facility schedule date. |
Day | Read only | Day of the week of the scheduled date. |
Event | Read only | Range of time of the reservation for the scheduled date. |
Reserved | Read only | Actual range of time that will be reserved on the scheduled
date.
This includes any setup and cleanup time required for the facility or event. |
Attendance | Read only | Expected attendance of the scheduled event. |
Expired | Read only | Denotes if the reservation request for the date has expired or not. |
Delete | Checkbox | Select the checkbox of a scheduled date, then click the Delete
button to remove the date from the list.
Click the Select all link to select all the dates for deletion before clicking the Delete button. Click the Deselect all link to uncheck all the checkboxes. |
Click the Remove all scheduled dates link to remove all the dates included in the schedule.
Click Done to save any changes and return to the Modify Permit Schedule page.
