Use the Security Questions page to create or modify the security questions which will be asked if customers forget their passwords and request new ones.
Go to Administration > Population Settings > Security Questions.
Choose one of the following:
To create a new security question, click Add New.
To modify an existing security question, click the Question that you want to modify.
Enter the text of the Security Question that you want to use.
To retire the question so that it can no longer be used in the system, select Prevent Further Use?
Click Save.
