Activity roster

An activity roster is a list of individuals registered for a specific activity. You can use the roster for the following purposes:

Click the Age link to sort the participants on the roster by age (youngest to oldest).

The number of spots registered for by this participant.

Entry Date

Hyperlink

Enrollment date of the participant.

 

Click this link to sort participants on the roster by the date they started the class or program.

Withdrawal Date

Date

Date when the customer withdrew from the activity.

Enrolled via Captivate

Text

Whether the participant has enrolled though the Captivate app or not.

It is displayed only when the Captivate app is enabled.

Pass/Fail

Note: This section is only available if you select Use pass or fail in the activity record.

 

  1. From the Grade list, select the participant's letter grade for the activity. The Pass/Fail field automatically displays whether the participant has passed or failed the activity.

  2. (Optional) Enter the participant's grade Percentage for the activity (up to 3 decimal places).

  3. Select a date to record the effective Date when the participant either passed or failed the activity.

For participants who were enrolled via the ACTIVENet Gateway APIs:

Note that enrollments created via the ACTIVENet Gateway APIs are counted by the number of enrolled days, for example, if a customer has enrolled in the activity for 10 days, then the API Enrollments and API Enr fields display 10.
