An activity roster is a list of individuals registered for a specific activity. You can use the roster for the following purposes:
To find out which customers are registered.
To quickly access the customer account for a particular registrant.
To sort customers by age or entry date.
To record a customer's pass/fail grade for the activity.
Prior to accessing the Activity Roster, configure the following data points:
*Customers must also be registered in this activity
Choose one of the following:
Go to Administration > Registration Settings > Activities.
Go to Administration > Registration Settings > Enter Activity Pass/Fail.
Search for and select an activity.
Click Activity Roster.

For participants who were enrolled via the ACTIVENet Gateway APIs:
the Activity section > API Enrollments field displays the number of enrollments created via the ACTIVENet Gateway APIs.
the new Participants enrolled via API section displays a list of participants who were enrolled via the ACTIVENet Gateway APIs.
Note that enrollments created via the ACTIVENet Gateway APIs are counted by the number of enrolled days, for example, if a customer has enrolled in the activity for 10 days, then the API Enrollments and API Enr fields display 10.
