League or tournament contacts

League or tournament contacts are people available to be contacted with or for information about the league or tournament. For example: a league contact may be the league sponsor or scheduler, etc.

Where are they found?

    1. Select the Administration tab.

    2. Select the following menu links: League Settings > Leagues.

    3. Select the Edit link of the desired league or tournament.

    4. Select the Change League Contacts or Change Tournament Contacts link.

How are they added or modified?

Note: The page names below depend on whether a league or tournament has been selected for editing.

 

To add

From the League Contact List or Tournament Contact List page, clicking Add New brings you to the Change League Contact or Change Tournament Contact page, allowing you to create a new league or tournament contact record.

 

To modify

From the League Contact List or Tournament Contact List page, clicking an underlined league or tournament Contact Name link displays the Change League Contact or Change Tournament Contact page, allowing you to make any necessary changes.

 

On the Change League or Tournament Contact page, you will find the following input fields with the option to Save or Delete the record at the bottom of the page:

League or tournament contact type, as selected from a predefined list of team contact types.

Required.
Customer Read only/ Search field The name of the customer who is the league or tournament contact. 
 
Click the binocular icon to find and select a customer from the database.
 
Click the New Customer link to add a new customer record.
 
Either a company or customer is required.
Company Read only/ Search field The name of the company that is the league or tournament contact.
 
Click the binocular icon  to find and select a company from the database.
 
Click the New Company link to add a new company record.
 
Either a company or customer is required.
Show Online Checkbox Option to show this league or tournament contact’s name on the customer site under the Sports section.
Show Contact Info Online Checkbox

Option to show this league contact’s contact information on the customer site under the Sports section.

 
The information displayed is their position (contact type), name, home phone number and email address.
