Changing custom questions on a permit

Permit custom questions are asked during facility reservation to obtain more information about the customer or the event. Custom questions are attached to event types and are asked when customers book a facility for a particular event type. For example: for meeting event types, you can specify that you want custom questions to be asked about the room setup requirements.

 

    1. Go to Front Desk. In the side-bar, click Reserve and select Permits.

    2. Search for and select the permit that you want to modify.

    3. On the Permit Functions page, click Change the Custom Questions.

    4. Choose one or more of the following:

    5. Click Submit.

 

Note: If you do not have permission to make transactions on multiple sites and this permit was not reserved at your site, only a Done button is visible.
