The Permit Contract page displays the details of a specific permit.
Go to Front Desk. In the side-bar, click Reserve and select Permits.
Search for and select the permit that you want to view.
On the Permit Functions page, click Show Permit.
On the Permit Contract page, choose one or more of the following:
To print a copy of the permit, click the Print button.
To send a copy of the permit via email to the customer:
Click Send Email.
In the Email Permit Contract window, enter the email addresses of the people who want to receive a copy of the permit in the Recipients section.
Enter the Email Subject for this email.
In the Email Text box, enter any additional information about the permit.
Click Send Email.
