Activity results

This report is used to display results for activities.

 

The report can be configured to display different kinds of  information by selecting various filter and report options.

Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

 

The following fields are available on the Activity Results Report page:

The following filters are available on the Activity Results Report page: Activity, Parent Season, Child Season, Organization Department, Activity Category, Activity Type, Activity Start Date Range, Center, Supervisor, Instructor and Team.

Options

Sort Contents By

Dropdown list

Option to sort contents by different options, as selected from a predefined list.

 

The options include:

  • Finish Time: Enrollees will be sorted by finish time.

  • Name: Enrollees will be sorted by name.

  • Bib Number: Enrollees will be sorted by bib number.

  • Division + Finish Time: Enrollees will be sorted and listed by on the Activity Results report by division followed by finish time.

  • Gender + Finish Time: Enrollees will be sorted and listed on the Activity Results report by gender followed by finish time.

Output Type

Dropdown list

Option to select the output type or format of the report, from a predefined list.

 

The options are Adobe Acrobat Reader, HTML, or Microsoft Excel.

Save Report Definition

Report Title

Text

Option to save the report definition for later use.
