Activity withdraw / transfer report

Activity withdraw / transfer reports are used to summarize information about activity, instructor or department transfers for specific activities or within specific date ranges.

 

The information included in the report is: the customer who is withdrawing or transferring, the system user who completed the transaction, the amount of sessions completed and remaining, the activity and instructor to transfer to and the price difference between the two activities.

Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

The following filters are available on the Activity Withdraw / Transfer Report page: Transaction Site, Transaction Date / Time Range, System User, Parent Season, Child Season, Activity Transfer Out, Activity Transfer In, Transfer Out Organization Department, Transfer In Organization Department, Transfer In InstructorTransfer Out Instructor, Withdrawal/Transfer Reason.

 

Note: In the Withdrawal/Transfer Reason filter box, use the Other transfer reason type for non-regular transfers where users have entered text to describe the transfer.

Show Customer Alternate Keys?

Show Customer Pass Numbers?

Option to include customer pass numbers and information relating to customer pass numbers in this report.

Show Withdrawal Reasons?

Checkbox

Option to include the customer's reasons for withdrawing from an activity in the report.

Output type

Dropdown list

Option to select the output type or format of the report, from a predefined list.

 

The options are Adobe Acrobat Reader, HTML, or Microsoft Excel.

Dropdown list

Option to sort the report either by Activity Name, Activity Number, Activity Start Date, or Activity End Date.
