Attendance sheet

This report prints attendance sheets which are used to monitor activity attendance.

 

The sheet has a grid of all enrollees and activity dates, and attendance (including sign-in time, sign-out time and signature fields) of each enrollee can be marked on each date.

Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

 

The following fields are available on the Activity Attendance Sheet page:

The following filters are available on the Attendance Sheet page: Activity, Parent Season, Child Season, Organization Department, Activity Category, Activity Type, Activity Start Date Range, Center, Supervisor, Instructor, Activity Meeting Date, Activity Skill, Package and Package Category.

 

Note that the center associated with an activity is the center where the first activity booking/meeting occurs.

 

So if someone selects one or more centers for the new filter, the report includes only those activities whose first booking is at a facility belonging to that center.

  • Not Active (including: Expired, Suspended, and Refunded)

Options

Show Customer Alternate Keys?

Checkbox

Option to include alternate keys and information relating to the alternate keys in the report.

Show Customer Pass Numbers?

Checkbox

Option to include customer pass numbers and information relating to customer pass numbers in this report.

Show Pass Number Barcode

Checkbox

Option to include pass number barcodes which can be scanned to expedite check-in and check-out processes.

Note:

Show Pass Number Barcode is available only when the Show Customer Pass Numbers option is checked and Adobe Acrobat Reader is selected as the output type.

Output as Multi-week Format?

Checkbox

Option to select a layout for the report that best matches schedule of the program.

To output the report as multi-week format, check Output as Multi-week Format and select the required Number of Lines per Enrollee and Number of Days per Line radio buttons.

Note:

  • Depending on the selected Number of Lines per Enrollee and Number of Days per Line, attendance sheets for 10, 14, 60 or 84 days may be created. Select the combination that best matches the program schedule.
  • If the sessions run on workdays only, then set the Number of Days per Line to 5. If the sessions run on every day of the week, then set the Number of Days per Line to 7.

Customer Name Format

Dropdown list

Option to list customers either by Lastname, Firstname, or Firstname, Lastname.

Program Status

Dropdown list

Filter the report based on the status of the daycare program.

Output type

Dropdown list

Option to select the output type or format of the report, from a predefined list.

 

The options are Adobe Acrobat Reader, HTML, or Microsoft Excel.

Save Report Definition

Report Title

Text

Option to save the report definition for later use.
