This report will (for the selected customers) evaluate payments made in the selected tax year for base registration fees in activities, memberships and daycare programs that have the Eligible check box selected.
When one of the following conditions is met:
Service dates span multiple tax years
The service dates fall outside the transaction year
then Tax receipts are generated for the transaction year and all service date years. If the tax receipt spans multiple tax years, then an asterisk is displayed to the right of the receipt number.
Note:
The total paid amount is not prorated if the tax receipt is generated across multiple tax years. Therefore, end users must manually calculate the eligible tax amount for each tax year.
Membership packages that have no expiration date are only displayed in the Tax Receipt report for the transaction year.
Outstanding payment plan amounts are no longer included in the Tax Receipt report.
The customer's address is displayed in the page header by default, which is aligned to appear in the window of a standard window envelope when the printout is folded.

For each payment, the report shows:
The program name and catalog number
The agency's FEIN number (if specified; see System Settings - Tax Receipt)
Receipt number (If the tax receipt spans multiple tax years, then an asterisk is displayed to the right of the receipt number. )
The start date and end date for the specific reservation
The service dates for the selected tax year
The amount paid and the actual date of the payment
The payment type (cash, Visa, electronic check etc.)
The amount eligible for tax deductions
Note: When you select multiple customers, the system generates one receipt for each payer.
Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.
