Tax receipt report

This report will (for the selected customers) evaluate payments made in the selected tax year for base registration fees in activities, memberships and daycare programs that have the Eligible check box selected.

 

When one of the following conditions is met:

 

 

then Tax receipts are generated for the transaction year and all service date years. If the tax receipt spans multiple tax years, then an asterisk is displayed to the right of the receipt number.

For each payment, the report shows:

 

Note: When you select multiple customers, the system generates one receipt for each payer.

 

Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

Options

Year

Dropdown list

Option to show tax receipts from a selected year as selected from a predefined list.

Ignore configured age restrictions?

Checkbox

Option to ignore the configured age restriction.

Retired

Dropdown list

Option to include memberships of customers in the report depending on their status.

 

The options are:

  • All Customers - includes both retired and active customers

  • Exclude Retired -retired customers will not be included

  • Only Retired - will only include retired customers

Receipt Action

Dropdown list

Option to:

 

  • Print Receipts for All Customers

  • Email Receipts to Customers with Email
  • Print Receipts for Customers without Email

Language

Checkbox

Language in which to generate printed tax receipts.

 

Note: This option is available only when Receipt Action is set to Print Receipts for All Customers or Print Receipts for Customers without Email.

Include Online Transactions?

Checkbox

Option to include data from transactions that were created on the customer (public access) site.

 

Note: This option is only visible to system users who do not have a multi-site user profile.

Output Type

Dropdown list

The output type or format of the report, as selected from a predefined list.

 

The available output types are Adobe Acrobat Reader View Only, Adobe Acrobat Reader View and Download, HTML, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Excel (Tabular Format).

Text

Option to save the report definition for later use.
