Creating custom questions

If default and library questions don't meet your needs, then you can create custom questions for your registration form.

You can select from the following question types:

  • Short answer: a single-line text box.
  • Long answer: a multiple-line text box.
  • Multi-choice, multi-answer: make multiple selections from a number of options.
  • Multi-choice, single answer: select one choice within a set of options.
  • Dropdown: select one from a list of values.
  • Name: First name and Last name text boxes.
  • Address: a set of address text boxes.
  • Telephone
  • Email address
  • Date and time
  • Duration

To create a new custom question:

  1. In the Form questions page, click Edit.
    Each question item becomes editable by clicking on the pen symbol.
  2. Click Create custom question.
  3. Click the required custom question to add it to the bottom of the form,
  4. Drag and drop the custom question type to the required position on the form.
  5. Set up your question in the properties pane.
