Updating person profile

You can review and update a person's profile to make sure that you have the most up-to-date information.

  1. Click People.
    The People page appears with all the people associated with your organization.
  2. Find a person that you want to edit by:
    • Searching for a person by entering the first or last name in the search box, and then clicking the search icon.
    • Sorting the people list by clicking Sort by > on a column name.
  3. Click the swimmer's name to open the profile page.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Make changes to the profile information.
  6. Save your changes.
Note:
  • Updating profile information does not affect previous and current registrations. For example, if a change to a person's date of birth makes this person ineligible for the league that they've already registered, this person still remains registered.
  • For syncing with Team Manager, any updates made in ActiveWorks will override any person data stored in Team Manager. However, updating person data in Team Manager does not update ActiveWorks.
