If you use either Adobe InDesign or Quark XPress to publish your brochure, then you can use the Activity Brochure Export page to export your activities in a format that you can then import into InDesign or XPress. You can specify which activities to include or exclude in the catalog.

Go to Communications > Catalogs > Activities - Brochure Export.
In the Format section, select the File Format that corresponds with the publishing software that you use to create your brochure.
In the Filters section, specify one or more filters to determine which activities should be included in the catalog:
Select an Activity Site, if applicable.
Move the Season(s) that you want to include in the catalog from the Available Seasons list to the Selected Seasons list.
Select a Status.
Select any other filters to narrow down the activities that will appear in your brochure.
In the Options section, specify:
The brochure Export Language.
Whether you want to include Activities Only, Sub-Activities Only or both in the Include list.
In the Sort by subsection, specify whether or not you want to use the Activity Category and/or the Activity Other Category as the first- and second-level headings in your brochure.
In the Group Activities by subsection, specify the Fields to group activities in your brochure within the categories you specified above.
Note: If you specify multiple fields in this subsection, then they will be used together to group activities in your brochure. For example, if you specify both Activity Name and Description as the Fields in this section, then all activities that share both the same activity name and the same description will be grouped together. The first field that you specify will be the heading of each group.
In the Group Activities Further by subsection, specify the Fields to group activities within the groups that you specified above.
Note: If you specify multiple fields in this subsection, then they will be used together to group activities in your brochure. For example, if you specify Ages, Key Fees Total, and Number of Dates as the Fields in this section, then all activities that share the same age range, the same fees, and the same number of classes will be grouped together. ACTIVE Net will use the first field that you specify to sort the groups in alphabetical order.
In the Activities Columns subsection, specify any other activity information that you want to include in your brochure.
Note: This information will be displayed in columns within the groups that you specified above. Use the Sort by column to specify the field to sort this information.
Click Run Report.
