Adding or modifying a center

Centers are the buildings and physical addresses where your facilities are located. A center can contain multiple facilities, but a facility can only be located in a single center.

 

For complete descriptions of the options in a section, click the section name below.

 

    1. Go to Administration > Locations > Centers.

    2. Choose one of the following:

        1. Click the Name of the center.

        2. Click Change Center Details.

    3. In the Address section, enter the physical address of the center.

    4. In the General section, specify the Site, Geographic Area, Supervisor, and/or any other necessary information.

    5. In the Hours of Operation section, enter the times when the center is open.

    6. Notes:

    7. To grant priority reservation for returning renters, specify the criteria to define returning renters in the Returning Renter Details section.

    8. To customize an interactive map for the center:

      1. In the Map Settings section, select Configure Map.

      2. Click Add New.

    9. Click Save.
