Centers correspond to the physical addresses of your facilities. A center can contain multiple facilities, but a facility can only be linked to one center.

From the Center List page, click an underlined center Name to display the Center Functions page, where you can:

 

Note:

If the POS products are assigned to a center or the product inventory in the center is larger than zero, system users are not allowed to delete the center.

 

Click Change Center Details to go to the Change Center Detail page, which includes the following options:

Prevent Further Use?

Checkbox

Select this option to retire the center so that it does not show up in the list of active centers.

Hide on Internet - Registration Module?

Select this option to prevent online enrollments in activities located at this center.

Hide on Internet - Reservation Module?

Checkbox

Select this checkbox to prevent any online reservation of facilities and equipment located at this center.

Show on Member Experience App checkbox (Show on ACTIVE Net Captivate App)

Setting to display this center in the ACTIVE Captivate mobile app.

Site

Dropdown list

The name of the site (business area) where the center is located.

Required.

Note: If the POS products are assigned to a center or the product inventory in the center

is larger than zero, system users are not allowed to change the center to another site.

Geographic Area

Dropdown list

The geographic area of the center.

 

You can use the geographic area as a filter when you search for facilities.

Supervisor

Dropdown list

The default supervisor for activities at this center.

 

The supervisor is listed on the customer site. You can change the supervisor at the activity level.

Customer Web Page URL

URL

Link to the web page of the center.

Thumbnail URL

URL

Link to the image of center to be displayed next to the link to the center's web page on the customer site.

Size

Text

A 50-character description of the size of the center.

 

This is displayed on the customer site.

ADA Compliance

Text

A 50-character description of the compliance of this center with the American Disabilities Act.

 

This is displayed on the customer site.

Parking Capacity

Numeric

The number of parking spots available at the center.

 

This is displayed on the customer site.

Lighting ID

Text

Note: This box applies only to organizations that export information to a Musco lighting system.

 

Enter the CLC Facility ID from the Musco system.

Notes

Text

Notes to include on the customer's permit contract for reservations in this center. Up to 20000 characters.

Hours of Operation

*You can change these times at the facility level.

Opens* Time The time of day that the center opens on this day of the week.
 
If the center is open 24 hours, leave both the open and closing times blank.
Closes* Time The time of day that the facility closes on this day of the week.
 
If the center is open 24 hours, leave both the open and closing times blank.
Closed all Day?* Checkbox Option to close the center for the entire day.

Returning Renter Details

Define criteria for returning renters for the center. You can grant priority reservation for returning renters in the Priority Reservation section on the Date Ranges page.

 

Note: To override system-wide settings for returning renters and use these settings for this center, select Override System Settings.

Map Settings

Use this section to customize an interactive map for the center (e.g. displaying facilities at a center):

    1. Click Configure Map.
